Shipping

The following are the shipping terms and conditions:

• Order processing is carried out from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.
  
• The maximum order processing time is 2 business days.
  
• We only ship during weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Indonesian national holidays.
• Please note that delivery may take longer during promotional periods and holiday seasons.
• Shipping options only regular/standard services (excluding instant/same-day services).
